gilbert blythe



Tonight, I saw Jon Crombie on stage and met him in person. More commonly known as his well-known character "Gilbert Blythe' in the wildly popular Canadian TV series (in the 80's!), "Anne of Green Gables". I grew up watching the mini-series...and ever since I was 8 years old, he was the model of what an ideal man should be.

So surreal to meet him in person. I think I can die happy now.

Oh yes, he's also currently on Broadway starring in Drowsy Chaperone.
